Joseph A Rexrode, President and CEO

Mr. Rexrode is a Vietnam Air Force Veteran. Upon completion of his duties, he began a career in Signals Processing at Ensco. His management and information technology experience was gained at BL Associates, HRB Singer, H.M. Technologies, and Hughes Technical Services Corporation. After founding Envision Technical Services in 1993, he was quite successful in building a business that has grown much larger and faster than his expectations. Mr. Rexrode's business policy is to give our customers only the finest in support and to give our employees the best benefits in the business.

William Race Dowling, COO/CTO

Mr. Dowling has over 25 years experience in information technology. He has a degree in photonic science from Rochester Institute of Technology. Previously, he was Chief Scientist for an internet startup formed around one of his patents involving IT Security. Prior to that he worked at a government agency doing research and development involving digital imagery, human-computer interfaces and the management, storage and delivery of large volumes of imagery and geo-spatial information to the desktop. He has many years experience in management, both personnel and as program manager in product and process development and information security.
